This two covers may not be identical, but I’ve stumbled upon them one after another recently and they reminded each other to me. I have seen Bitter recently on NetGalley and I Did it For Us in Waterstones. Here are the blurbs:

Verdict:

Both book covers look good, they use the same trick however Bitter has better finish. I like the details I can see from the woman’s face although I cannot tell if she is young or old (Gilda or the petite blonde?) I think same can be said about the book blurbs as well! I Did It For Us’s blurb is very simple, Bitter sounds more intriguing.

We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves vs All Our Wrong Todays

 

 

 

 

We are All Completely Beside Ourselves by Karen Joy Fowler  and All Our Wrong Todays by Elan Mastai not only have resembling covers, but also interestingly parallel names. Both book covers look stunning! WAACBO is in my TBR list and I have been wondering about it for a while, only scared to be left heartbroken after reading it. (As I have been told there were LOTS of tears shed whilst reading it) So if I read it, feel free to advise me!

Rosemary’s young, just at college, and she’s decided not to tell anyone a thing about her family. So we’re not going to tell you too much either: you’ll have to find out for yourselves, round about page 77, what it is that makes her unhappy family unlike any other. Rosemary is now an only child, but she used to have a sister the same age as her, and an older brother. Both are now gone – vanished from her life. There’s something unique about Rosemary’s sister, Fern. And it was this decision, made by her parents, to give Rosemary a sister like no other, that began all of Rosemary’s trouble. All Our Wrong Todays

This is a love story that could only happen because of a time-travel accident. In it we meet Tom and Penny, who belong to a world so perfect there’s no war, no poverty, no under-ripe avocados. But when something awful happens to Penny and Tom tries to make it right – you guessed it, with time travel – he accidentally destroys everything and wakes up in our broken, mixed-up world. Only here, Penny and Tom have a second chance. Should he try to fix everything and go back to his brilliant, but loveless world, or remain in our messy, complicated one and take a chance on being happy with Penny

Verdict:

Wow! Both blurbs are SO interesting. I have added All Our Wrong Todays to my TBR, but I think We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves has an incredibly clever blurb that instantly won me. But I think I like All Our Wrong Todays cover better! They are both looking very good though, it just the colours won me 🙂

 

Guilty Wife vs Angel

 

 

 

These two might be the most identical covers I have ever seen. My nose smells domestic DRAMA! Let’s see the blurbs!

Verdict: 

I think I like the Guilty Wife blurb better. I have a soft spot even for thriller&suspense novels. They are easy reads, most of them being page turners.

The covers are SO similar, hard to decide which one looks better. But I think The Angel wins with the darker cover!
